Once we order the transfer to Transferwise, they will contact you through the email address you specified in your Personal Identification menu, in order to ask you the necessary bank details to complete the transfer.
In case you don't follow Transferwise instructions specified in that email in the time intended, the transfer will be cancelled and refunded to us.
